Street probe

On 5 June the students of ZS SRK in Wodzisław, organized a street probe in our city, as a part of dissemination of the knowledge about the state of global ocean within local society. We asked passers by their attitude to ecology, the risks of the expansion of the seas and oceans and the extinction of aquatic ecosystems. The 7 students took part in this probe. Conclusion: the passers were aware that the problem of extinction of marine ecosystems exist, but they did not realize that it is so serious. They were all shocked by information that the ocean is so much polluted and so many animals and plants can to extinct.

Sonda uliczna
5 czerwca zorganizowaliśmy sondę uliczną w naszym mieście – Wodzisławiu Śląskim. Pytaliśmy 10 przechodniów o ich stosunek do ekologii, zagrożeń wynikających z ekspansji mórz i oceanów oraz wymierania ekosystemów wodnych. W sondzie brało udział 6 uczniów, zaangażowanych w projekcie EduCO2cean oraz uczennica, która została operatorem kamery. Uczestnicy sondy byli świadomi, że problem wymierania ekosystemów morskich jest, ale nie zdawali sobie sprawy, że jest on aż tak poważny. Wszyscy byli zszokowani informacjami o tak dużym zanieczyszczeniu wszechoceanu i wymieraniu flory i fauny morskiej.
